Argh. So I’m stuck in Chicago O’Hare Airport because my flight was delayed, and will be arriving at my destination SEVEN HOURS after originally planned – meaning I’m going to miss the rehearsal for the wedding I’m traveling to.
So – since I paid almost $7 to get WiFi access (in order to send an email to the bride – who’s asleep right now), why not blog?
This is my dinner from Wednesday (I actually packed a travel bento for last night, too – since I took a bus into Chicago and spent the night in a motel…but I didn’t have time to take a picture of that one):
Thermal container: White rice
Larger sidecar: Pork and veggie jiao xie, tomato wedges, dumpling sauce in the piggie
Smaller sidecar: Stir-fried pepper, chicken, water chestnuts, and walnuts in black bean sauce (a leftover remake).
I have pictures of the wedding gift and card that I made, but those will have to be saved for a later post (I don’t, after all, want to reveal them before the wedding itself!)
And now…back to waiting (tap, tap, tap…)
